Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping is through UPS and USPS (Post Office). We ship Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 day Select, Ground, Dock Pickup, and our local weekly delivery route.

** Saturday and Sunday are not business shipping days, but product can be picked up at our warehouse.

Please contact us to see if we can ship the particular items you are looking for to you.   All international order will be billed for shipping only.  We are not responsible for duties and taxes.  

All declined or refused shipments will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus shipping and customs charges.  Reshipped orders will be charged additional shipping plus a $5.00 service fee.

To guarantee that all sales are made to professional tattoo artists, we must qulaify all customers ordering online.  We realize this may be an inconvenience, but we want to be 100% loyal to our artists.  Upon ordering for the first time, please email us a copy of your license or proof of qualifying your shop.  Once qualified,  everyone at your shop can purchase.

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards accepted.  When paying with a credit card please include current billing address.   Paypal payments accepted under   

Backorders and Special Orders
If an item is not in stock, we will be contacting you regarding a substitute or to notify of lead time.  Special orders are available and can be filled with proper notice and are non-returnable  If we do not have something, we can always get it for you.

Return Policy
All returns are subject to review by Darkside Tattoo Supply.  Please contact us by phone or email for a return authorization number.   Returns will be resolved with an in-store credit, exchange, or repair.   Returned items must in the their original  condition and packaging within 30 days from the purchase date.  All ink, needles, and medical supplies are non-returnable.  
Your Personal Info

Darkside Tattoo Supply will collect the personal information you provide when using the site. This information includes your first and last name, shipping address, phone number, email, and a password when you create your account. You can our site without creating an account and password but will not be able to purchase from us until you set up an account.

We may ask you to confirm your personal information when you contact Darkside Tattoo Supply such as your account number or  more detailed account information. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity. 


When you make a purchase from Darkside Tattoo Supply, we collect your name, billing address, and payment method information, such as credit card information. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. We also collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address, and phone number of the intended recipient(s). 

When you create an account at Darkside Tattoo Supply, you can choose to save your billing information in "Your Account." You may change or delete this saved information anytime. Simply go to Your Account, Log in with your email address and password, then edit or delete whatever personal information you wish.

On occasion, Darkside Tattoo Supply may conduct surveys and specials via, email or other media. If you choose to participate, we may request your name, email address, mailing address and other personal information, if you do not please contact us so we can take you off the emailing list. We will never sell or rent such information with anyone.
